Our Story

Chef N and Anne, founders of Illo’s Party Trays, are food connoisseurs. After having several food businesses in the past, this venture becomes their biggest break. Illo’s Party Trays was born from the couple’s make-shift kitchen in December 2019. That time, what they only had were 2 employees (their house helpers who have been with them for a long time), determination, passion, and the love for good food.

Chef N, being the skilled man he is, has always been requested by friends to cook food for them and recipes began to pile up. These personal favorites were the menu prepared by Anne. Their first order was a package worth Php 13,000 and it rolled from there —and the rest, they say, was history.

While Covid-19 changed everything for everyone, the couple has maneuvered the crisis into an opportunity to build on their value proposition—true to their mantra—for families to dine at home and celebrate life every day. They launched their “Dine At Home”, “Celebrate At Home”, “Date At Home” concepts to encourage and ensure that meaningful celebrations can continue even in the new normal. Illo’s has also pioneered and innovated ideas to adapt and increase its brand relevance.

They have introduced Gourmet Party Boxes for virtual parties, which serve hotel quality food in a box, delivered to their clients who are working from home. This became a hit and got viral where hundreds of these boxes have been a package of choice for their corporate clients.

Illo’s has also established their own fleet that can deliver food trays from their commissaries to anywhere in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Antipolo, Cavite, Laguna, Tagaytay, Batangas, and some parts of Pampanga and Quezon..

For Anne and Chef N, more than a business, it is mostly about helping people. The whole kitchen team came from a very well-known restaurant chain who were displaced during the pandemic. They housed them all to ensure the team’s protection and safety. The couple is blessed to realize that while other ventures have been moving out people, here they are, blessed to bless people with opportunities. Currently, Illo’s has grown from 4 people in 2019 to a family of over a hundred as of April 2022.

Our growing reputation as a lifestyle party trays business coupled with our resounding buzz all over social media has allowed us to penetrate the showbiz niche elevating Illo’s to become, undisputedly, the Party Trays of the Stars. Currently, we have more than 1,000,000 followers across all our social media platforms.

From a party trays ghost kitchen and three commissaries in Paranaque, Greenhills and Dasmarinas, Cavite, Illo’s continues to grow. As the economy opens up post-pandemic, and more people demand for a unique dining experience, in a unanticipated move, Illo’s opened its first dine-in restaurant in February 2022 at BF Homes, Paranaque, which they call, Illo’s Home.

It offers exceptional food experience from its wide selections of international and local cuisines. It prides itself for its excellence service, food quality and value for money. There’s always something extraordinary about being just at Illo’s Home.

A month later, another Home has opened – Illo’s Home Greenhills branch. Here, a whole new Homey experience awaits everyone – offering scrumptious dishes and food options.
